Consulting & Programs:

  • What’s Included: Growth Consulting Workshops
  • Delivery: Consulting services are delivered through virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom) or in-person at a location agreed upon by both parties. Workshops and accelerator programs may be delivered virtually, in-person, or in a hybrid format. The specific format and schedule will be outlined in the program details or agreed upon during the consultation phase.
  • Materials: Any materials related to consulting, workshops, or programs (e.g., playbooks, assessments, templates) will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Digital Products:

  • Playbooks & Frameworks: Maturity Models & Assessments, Playbooks & Toolkits, Frameworks, etc.
  • Delivery: Digital playbooks and frameworks are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase, unless specified otherwise (i.e. as part of another engagement).
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

Fractional CMO:

  • Engagement: Fractional CMO services are provided based on a contract outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms.
  • Reporting: Regular reports on performance and key metrics will be provided as outlined in the contract.
