About Ghenn Weeks

In 1999, Ghennipher Weeks began her journey in digital marketing. She started with website design and managed ad campaigns for local businesses. By 2001, she shifted her focus to the world of SEO, diving deep into the techniques of Search Engine Optimization.

She quickly realized the strong connection between SEO and a positive customer experience. Taking on the role of a Conversion Expert, Ghennipher’s strategies aimed not just at increasing website traffic, but also at improving the customer’s journey. This meant better conversions, increased subscription rates, and more sales. Her expertise played a key role in the growth of big companies like ICE.com, HP, and Overstock.

Ghennipher has been a regular speaker at SEO conferences, such as PubCon and SES. She also wrote a Digital Strategy column for ClickZ, sharing her thoughts on the changing digital landscape.

Later, she moved into consulting, helping startups secure venture capital funding. She offered advice on perfecting their pitches and understanding the investment world. For the past seven years, Ghennipher has been working as a Fractional (interim) Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for new businesses. In this role, she’s been guiding startups through market challenges and helping them grow strategically.
